If you are on the server you can warp to /warp Suggestion and write a book & quill that one of the staff can give the player a book and when they are done typing the suggestion in that book they can drop it in a Hopper

Yes. That would be a good idea. Some VIP/SWDBae users have abused /setwarp for a while now. Alot of other users have asked for /setwarp to be banned for SWDBaes, so this will be a viable solution. I like it!
