Why I have chosen this design:  Since The Dalek Mod is being updated to 1.16.5 I thought it would be a cool idea to implement this into the mod. Also considering the TARDIS is designed to blend in, the Campfire TARDIS would add the already wide range of disguises.

The BOTI portal would be the same as the End Portal (Looking down into the TARDIS)
