TARDIS Exterior: Bin / trash can
Why I went with this design: My school has a bin with a mosaic of The Pandorica Opens on it for some reason, thought it'd be funny.

Extra Information: These types of trash cans can be found all over Corvallis, Oregon. I've never quite seen attempts to bring art into the public like these, and frankly, I just think they're cool lookin'.
