Type 30 tt capsule.

I went with the design because I like to think that the default exterior shell of a type 30 might look like this and maybe as some kind of refurbished tt capsule that was once abandoned. I came up with the base design and a friend of mine had added onto it which made it nicer, I liked the idea of having that box form without it being a police box, so I thought up a tt capsule with brown walls and a brass framing with gallifreyan writing on the top of the 4 sides, and the doors don't slide open.
