1. yes, theres a command to it, I can't remember what it is though... sorry

2. yes, you can ask staff whenever their online. Im not staff or anything, but I believe all you have to do is /msg them and they'll take you the process.

3. to delete monitor notes, click your mouse wheel on the note you want to delete
