Hi, I bought a custom rank yesterday, and I think I might have messed up the description, is there a problem with the description? Or is it still being made?

Additional info: I don't think I filled out the description right, that might be the problem

Please read the following statement from the Custom rank store page:

All custom ranks will take up to 48 hours to appear on your account. If we have any problems or questions regarding your request we will either email you or contact you through your profile. A notification will also be sent to your account once your custom rank is ready!

 I see that you purchased it yesterday at 4:19 pm which means the custom rank is probably not ready yet, because 1WTC needs to make it first.
