We understand you are sorry that you got banned so please stick with the facts): my brother got a new laptop and he wanted to play the dmu server, but he couldnt get it. so he wanted to play on my computer, but i said no. im guessing he snuck on using my password (that he knows) and got me banned. please pardon me early since i didnt do it and ill make sure to change the password and punish him.

We hear the excuse "It was my brother" a lot in the community, The terms and conditions of Minecraft is that you are not allowed to share your account with other people and that it is your responsiblity to make sure no one else but you uses the account. You first got banned for 1 month, but we found later more evidence of a bigger grief so it got changed to perm.

This appeal is denied and you can reappeal in 1 month.
