I'm a bit lost tbh, and I feel there are a few holes in what you're saying. 

It's just a suggestion, but do you think you can specify whom you are addressing and what exactly the context of your post should be?

If I were to guess, you're asking SWD Team to implement some sort of Faction Plugin to their SWD Essentials for the server (which should go in the suggestions section). And, as an alternative, you are asking users to stop making a multitude of factions whenever the whim comes upon them.

Yes you read this correctly, accept it's not asking players to stop; it's just a recommendation.
