Why you were banned: Malicious Hacks/Observing spectator players

Ban duration: Permanent

What were you doing last on the server: Playing with DarkPersurer420, who also got banned for the same thing, using playsound to see who the closest player to me was. Not hacks, just an error sequence. That's all.

Why you think you should be pardoned early (Please keep this factual. We understand you are sorry that you got banned so please stick with the facts):
          We did not intend to use this for malicious intent, and we had an admin in our voice channel while we were doing so. It was not meant to do any harm to anyone, it was using a commands error sequence to see who the closest player to us was. It was not meant to spy on admin nor players, it was using a Minecraft tool the way its used, and in turn getting an error message that so happened to show the closest player, as it was a @a which is selector for the playsound command. Plus, this was not "observing" spectator players, it was seeing which username is higher up on the list and guessing they were close. The exact command I was using: /playsound thedalekmod:angelwoosh master @a ~ ~ ~. To add on to this, DarkPersurer420 was in my presence but did not and could not use this command, so if I don't get pardoned, it would be false and unfair to keep him banned as well for a "malicious act" he did not use.

Hello Loqor,

After reading your appeal, it is quite clear you were exploiting commands. Whether you say you intended to use it with malicious intent or not, you were still caught exploiting bugs within the server. You were only just unbanned and I would have believed you to keep out of trouble. 

However sadly, I am going to be denying your appeal and you may reappeal in 2 months.
