What is Xplosives?
Xplosives adds a huge range of explosives to Minecraft. Toss dynamite, scatter shrapnel, call down lightning, launch loaded bombs, or reach for the devastating hydrogen bomb when ordinary TNT is no longer enough.
It is not all about bigger explosions, either. Remote detonators give you control from a distance, while specialised bombs can spread fire, place flowers, illuminate caves, and send blocks flying with physics.

Tools of destruction
- Detonator & Detonator Remote - Attach them to explosives and trigger the blast from afar.
- Suicide Vest & Suicide Vest Trigger - Wear the vest and detonate it whenever you choose.
- Black Box - Load explosives into your off-hand and launch them with this weapon.
- Dynamite - A throwable explosive for quick, portable destruction.
- Grenade - Pull the pin and throw it to release a blast of harmful shrapnel.
The explosive arsenal
- Packed TNT - Familiar TNT with a much larger explosion.
- Fireblast TNT - Unleash an explosive burst of fire.
- Cluster Bomb - A TNT bomb that launches even more TNT.
- Physics Bomb - Send blocks flying in every direction with physics.
- Bonemeal Bomb - Plant grass and flowers in an instant.
- Lightning Conductor - Call down lightning wherever it detonates.
- Incendiary Bomb - Blast the area and throw fire into the air.
- Hydrogen Bomb - The largest and most dangerous explosive in the mod.
- Gunpowder Barrel - Place it anywhere and ignite it with fire or flaming arrows.
- Mini TNT - Smaller, stackable TNT for more precise explosions.
- Torch Bomb - Light an area instantly by scattering torches around it.
- Soul Torch Bomb - Illuminate the area with Nether-blue soul torches.
Supported versions
Xplosives is available for Minecraft 1.12, 1.16, and 1.17.
