There's no age limit for staff members but a certain level of maturity must be reached. (e.g. Not rage quitting getting frustrated easily at new players ) New staff are usually chosen by other existing staff members so it really depends on your general behaviour you show on the forums and in-game. (That includes asking or hinting to apply for staff)
