In using this website you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Account Registration
By registering for a SWDTeam account you are agreeing that:
- You are not under 13 years of age
- You have not had a previous account disabled for breaching our terms of service.

Confidentiality
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this website will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

Payment / Refunds
All payments through this website are processed through PayPal or Stripe.
If you require a refund for any products bought through our website you must contact our support email support@swdteam.com including details of the product and why you are requesting a refund. This also includes all donations / payments made to SWDTeam outside of the SWDTeam.com website. However we will only refund a user if the payment has been made within 7 days of the refund being requested. Refunds will only be given if the reasoning behind the request is valid. Therefore, refund requests because the user got "bored", "changed their mind", "was jailed (on the servers)" and "was banned" will be declined.

Virtual Items / Products
While you may “earn” “buy” or “purchase” virtual items / products, including but not limited to ranks, server access passes, cosmetic items, services, these real world terms are only being used as shorthand. You do not in fact “own” (unless otherwise stated) the Virtual Items / products and the amounts of any Virtual Item / product do not refer to any credit balance of real currency or its equivalent. Rather, you may purchase a limited license to use the Service, including software programs that occasionally manifest themselves as these items / products.
SWDTeam prohibits and does not recognize any purported transfers of Virtual Items / Products effectuated outside of the Service, or the purported sale, gift or trade in the “real world” of anything that appears or originates in the Service, unless otherwise expressly authorized by SWDTeam in writing. Accordingly, you may not sublicense, trade, sell or attempt to sell in-game Virtual Items for “real” money, or exchange Virtual Items for value of any kind outside of a game. Any such transfer or attempted transfer is prohibited and void, and will subject your Account to termination. In addition all purchases made on SWDTeam.com cannot be transferred to a different account. The only exception being that the if account you wish to transfer the purchases to is also owned by yourself and is intended to replace the original account. In which case purchases can be transferred and the original account will be closed and any applied purchases will be removed from any linked player accounts.

Termination of Services
We withold the right to terminate any of our services, including but not limited to servers, ranks, software. In the event of a service termination we will inform users with a minimum of 7 days notice. Users will not be entitled to a refund for any money spent towards the service in question, unless still within the refund window stated in "Payments / Refunds".

Logs
When logged in and using our website your activity will be logged. The information we log is your IP, username and current action. We log user activity for security reasons, allowing us to view information on a certain user in the event of an account being hacked / hijacked, or misuse of the website.

Account Termination
If you are caught breaking these terms and conditions your account will be terminated. Activity which may also result in account termination includes, abusing other members, impersonating staff, exploiting problems which may exist within the site or any of our software and using one account for multiple people. In the event of your account being terminated you can appeal by emailing us at support@swdteam.com and a member of staff will look into your appeal for you. Please also note that if your account has been terminated you will not be able to request a refund on any product.
