Why you think you should be pardoned early(Please keep this factual. We understand you are sorry that you got banned so please stick with the facts):

I'll start with a story of everything and everyone involved in my ban in as high detail as i can, First how it all started, May 13th 2022 TheAtomicPunk and I in a group chat VC and I along with Atomic joined on the Dalek Mod server for the first time in a few weeks,

Atomic was just running around the server killing and doing what he does while I was working on my Tardis, mainly farms and mechanisms for my console room while streaming my game (reason being Atomic just wanted to watch while PKing) I hopped into a Singleplayer world I have for designs

and stuff for anything I build on DMU, while designing things Atomic was telling me about bugs and things with the mod and I stupidly started trying them out, Leading to the discovering of the dupe method TheAtomicPunk and Clandrox_ started using on the server, with the use of my Tardis

due to atomic having access to my Tardis (a while back i gave him a Tardis Key to access my Tardis for traveling since he didn't have a Tardis of his own). When I found this Dupe I was making a report of the serious bug, other than the obvious reasons I wanted to report it because it effected me as one of the richest

players at the time, now the reason being I didn't because i couldn't TheAtomicPunk knows about my history on DMU and regrettably the things I did that really bent the rules that I wasn't caught for (relevant later), if I reported it and tried to stop him he'd report me for all that, and for the selfish

reason of not wanting to be banned I went along with what he told me, something that I deeply regret now. I did help build his "Dupe Stash", To my knowledge this is how Joee3 found out about the duping, from what Atomic told me. Anyway back on the timeline of events, after some time of helping with

the construction of the dupe stash I get off the server for the day. The following day (May 14th, 2022) Atomic was badgering me to get on since he had lost where my Tardis is, I reluctantly got on the server to bring him to it,

later that day after atomic got off for the night, I found the Metalert 3x3x3 Cube near spawn, Atomic wanting to collect mass amounts of every item I attempted to "Borrow" a block for him to mass dupe and replace the one taken

Due to my own stupidity I agreed to leave one of the shulkers of metalert in my Ender Chest, (to this day I don't know why he wanted me to keep it as a backup) After that i joined the server the next day (May 15th 2022) i did very little other than mess around at spawn and while joking around with other players

"Worshiping" the Metalert Cube Joe and Wyld confronted me about the metalert in my enderchest, and you guys know the rest.

So that brings me to that part i said was relevant later as Joe may know KingCheese and I had a deal where id bring him Nether stars in return for pay in USD, i dont remember the details other than id get something like 20USD for X amount of Nether stars given to him, and yes that stack of nether stars was from

the stash atomic and I had though I had given him stars in the past that he never compensated me for in game or IRL.

This brings me to what i think is the most important part, everyone mentioned in the above paragraph are the only people that had any knowledge or involvement in this, and 2 people have been mistakenly banned or considered Involved those being SadManWithABox and DarkPersurer420, First SadMan's only involvement with anyone here is he 

has Technical ownership of DarkPersurer's Tardis, other than that I didn't interact with him much at all on the 1.16 iteration of the server nor did anyone else.

As for dark, he is a very close friend of mine and its completely unfair that he has been unjustly banned, he has had zero involvement what so ever with this, to my knowledge the only reasoning for his ban is because he's my friend and he logged on a few days before the dupe was even discovered,

the biggest reason I made this appeal was because I wanted to bring out the entire story for the sake of

clearing Darks name and apologizing (and to Joee3 especially for putting up with the times I've been immature) for the the issues I've caused on the server during this event and past ones.

I don't have high hopes for being unbanned but I ask if the ban could at the least be shortened so someday I could come back to the server and mod I've loved for so many years

Hello once again.

After a long conversation and careful consideration, the staff team have decided to deny your appeal on a couple of bases.

Firstly, before I give an explanation, we reviewed all the evidence we had from your ban and the other members involved. We have tried to make this as fair as possible.

To begin with, using "atomic threatened me with x" is not a valid reason to why you went along with it. I personally understand what being in that situation is like however you chose to still go along with it of your own free will. 

Secondly, throughout this appeal you claim you "reluctantly" went along with what atomic wanted you to do which would indicate to us that you wouldn't do it of your own free will. This is contradicted with the part where you mention the 3 x 3 metalert cube at spawn. At that specific point there was only you, no influence from atomic. You chose to take it. This goes against any form of regret or reluctancy you had previously stated.

For the next bit, the IRL transaction. To put this down to the basics. This breaks EULA. Without everything else, this is completely illegal without having anything to do with the mod or the server. This is enough to warrant a perm ban without a chance for appeal. This is a major reason as to why we are denying this appeal.

Lastly, regarding SadManWithABox and Dark. Sad has already been unbanned after proving he had no involvement and Dark was using his tardis. If dark wants to be unbanned, he will have to make his own appeal. Advocating for him will not affect the status on his ban.

With all of the previous points in mind, we hope you understand our reasoning behind denying this appeal.
