banned by bug

reason for ban: constant abuse towards players and staff

reason for unban: I cleared things up with players and staff, a player lost their pickaxe out of their inventory I explained they are unable to get their things back as on countless occasions i have had things disappear out of my inventory before (check other threads for details) i told them mods do not give items back (which they dont) and then bug responded saying i was lying. I told bug if im a lier then why didnt they give my brother (KriptoXD) their items they had bought of flexcrop 1 month ago, bug told me they had recieved items and they have logs confirming kriptoxd has the items. According to them (which i am on the phone to right now) they had never recieved their items and constant abuse? I told them mods dont give back items and also tried to get my brothers items (which he had purchased) back. reason for being banned should be i was lying to other players as that is what bug is accusing me of yet lying as ONLY MODS HAVE LOGS is a lie, i have my own proof that i have glitched items out of my inventory including video proof which is in another thread. Now give me  full confirmation on where i have  "constantly abused other players and staff" please because at my point of view i tried to help a player and got accused of lying and tried to help my brother retrieve his things back which was scammed from by bug.

Ben is staff. It’s his job to check up on players that includes being in their tardises on occasion. There is no excuse to use that language towards someone who’s doing what is asked of him by SWD.

I know it is not my place to post here due to it being about you being banned - having nothing to do with me. But you creating a petition (joke or not) shows a level of immaturity that does not appeal to the staff team. You should be reasonable and not lash out when someone provides a counter argument.  Apologies to staff members. Jeff's behaviour just isn't appropriate and gets away with it far too often.

Please guys your intentions are good but please don’t comment on ban appeals unless you have any evidence that could affect the outcome of this appeal.

Hi Jeff,

So I’ve looked over all of your ban history as well as your numerous appeals and the chat history that we have logged for you as well. 

This is your 7th ban to date. The last 3 of these have meant to have been perm with no appeal. But yet we have given you chance after chance to prove us wrong. Your behaviour over the last couple of weeks towards staff (Calling Ben a “little shit” because he was supposedly in your TARDIS (which he’s allowed to be) when he was in fact with another staff member elsewhere on the server, and calling Bug1312 a “dick” because he was unable to assist you with your FlexCrop enquiry) shows that you have no respect for staff or other players. This is evident when you told another player to “shut the fuck up” when they were trying to ask Bug about their own issue. 

You have made it very clear with your actions and responses that you don’t actually realise your own actions, either that or you like to make up stories about why you were banned to make yourself seem like the victim of a corrupt team with a supposed vendetta against you when this is not the case. 

It has been agreed unanimously with the DMU Staff team and SWD that this time your ban will remain permanent. And no, making a petition on change.org claiming you’ve spend £50 on the server won’t make any difference. As we’ve said with previous bans spending money doesn’t make you above the rules of the server and it’s community. 

This appeal is denied and any further posts you make regarding this issue will be deleted.
