So, my donator rank has vanished. I joined the server again this week and it is not there anymore. I donated in 2016, if I am not mistaking.

I tried to go to my inventory, like some people suggested, to appeal to the rank again, but my inventory is empty. Can someone help me with it?

Do you recall how you donated?

Unfortunately a large portion of our player database was destroyed earlier this year in a fire which meant we had to reset all player data when we got out new server machine setup.

If you have any old screenshots which prove you had it that would also help. I know there were a handful of users who had ranks which not on their profiles

I bought a new graphics card, so I'm playing again :)

However, I think I still didn't get the donator rank D: I miss it because the commands in DMU are really useful.

Yo! If you want to equip your rank go to your SWD profile

select “inventory” press on your rank and there should be an option to set it
