Hi! I purchased the Pokeball Chameleon Circuit a while ago and I don't have it now. I don't see a way to get it back right now. I was wondering if anyone could help me with that. Thanks!

At the start of this year, our server burned down in a fire in France. Since then, the world got reset. If you bought your items relatively recently (I think two years or so?, you'd need to ask 1WTC) you got a refund. Go to an area you own, and type /accept-items to make a chest with your items appear

 Thanks for letting me know. Yeah I heard about the fire. That's awful. I tried the accept-items command in my Tardis and it said that I have no new items.

You can either email support@swdteam.com or message 1WTC on discord with proof that you purchased the pokeball exterior

To check your orders, you need to click on your profile picture (to the left of the bell in the top right) and go down to orders, and screenshot it as proof that you purchased the pokeball exterior
