i have been banned for greifing until the 29 of august even though i don't even know what i did wrong and have frequently tried to find the rules and i still cant so can you pleas review my ban

i dont even know what i did that constitutes to griefing. also i would know what to do and what is over the line in terms of griefing if i could find the rules whitch i cant.
