Why you think you should be pardoned early: I understand this may not be looked upon very quickly and i also understand  i was semi banned a year or two ago for reasons that i can't remember so i understand you may not take this appeal seriously, however. On my PC i do have xray installed however that is for private use on my own server with friends so yes, i have an xray pack installed on my PC. I, the actual owner of this PC and my minecraft account was actually not behind my keyboard at this time. My younger brother who, due to private family matters is not in school at this moment was playing on minecraft on my computer as i was elsewhere. I knew he was not online with any of my own friends and with his age i know he does not have online friends of his own so when he told me a player was with him (last time i saw he was in my base) i was surprised.  I was surprised, shocked and worried when i saw Joee there however i understand he is doing his respected job of making the server a fair, fun place to play although i immediately turned off and deleted my xray file and before i could privately message Joee i was banned which is understandable. I just know this instant won't happen again and that (although he isn't fully to blame)  my brother was just having fun and wasn't to my knowledge using xray to try and make some sort of giant iron death ray haha. I just hope this is looked upon and read as i feel it is deserved as due to the previously mentioned family matters i just want to play this game on your server with my online friends. I am very sorry for everything that amounted to my semi ban and i know this will never happen again. Thank you.
