What were you doing last on the server: no idea, this was like like a year or two ago

Why you think you should be pardoned early (Please keep this factual. We understand you are sorry that you got banned so please stick with the facts): I don't really expect this appeal to be accepted but its been a few years already and I wanted to return to DMU community after such a long time of being banned and alas just to meet a "banned by operator" screen therefore unable to without even knowing what i've done. Whatever I did that was out of line, I sincerely apologise.

Even if this does get Denied I would still like to be informed on my ban reason

You were banned for posting links in chat that grabbed user's IPs. With that in mind, I'd like you to rewrite your appeal in a reply to this message

Ah I now recall, They weren't real links. If i do recall correctly somebody was saying they were real links saying they "checked" the "links" which were apparently real, I was unaware of this and using the chat color feature (&) to color the messages as links (eg: &n&9www.blahblahblah.com) to make it look like as if it were a real link I was doing this as a joke which was an awful idea (as you can see now). The "links" were stuff like "www.notanipgrabber.com" ect as a joke (its not a real link as you can see) and one of the moderators probably believing that it was real then banned me.

I wont make that mistake again. also thank you for informing me and I do understand you would believe unbanning me would be a risk, probably too risky.
