Why you were banned: I was banned because I was under the minimum age requirement (13). I am now old enough now.

Ban duration: I believe it was indefinite until I was old enough to appeal.

What were you doing last in the Discord: I was talking in chat and made a joke about being under the minimum age requirement, because someone posted a title on an inappropriate Minecraft update, which led to my ban because of my joke about being underage.

Any previous bans: I have no previous bans in the Discord (if I remember correctly).

Why you think you should be pardoned early (Please keep this factual. We understand you are sorry that you got banned so please stick with the facts):

I am now old enough to use Discord and to follow the rules responsibly. At the time I was young and did not understand the consequences of rules, but I do now. It has also been around three years since the ban, so I’ve had time to grow up and understand the rules properly. I would like to rejoin the community and participate again.

Additional note about my SWDTeam account:

My SWDTeam website account was restricted from posting when I was underage and necroposting on old threads. It has been temporarily unrestricted so I can submit this appeal. I would also like to request that my SWDTeam account be permanently unrestricted, as I am older now, and will follow all the rules.

Another note:

I would also like to apologise to Joe/Joee3 for the issues I caused when I was younger. I understand the rules a lot better now and will follow them properly.

There's no record of a ban under that username or ID, could you please check to see if its correct and reply to this thread with the right one. If you're trying to appeal a ban for DMU, make another thread under the right format.

Hi, thank you for replying!

I checked the SWD Community Discord and found my old messages, but the account now shows up as "Deleted User#0000", so I can’t get my old username or ID. That deleted account is the one that was banned for being underage about 3 years ago. I’m appealing the Discord ban because even though I’m using a new account now, I don’t want to rejoin without properly appealing.

Maybe you or another moderator could look through the Discord ban logs for a ban around the 19th of July, 2023? That's approximately when I was banned from the Discord.

Ah ok then that makes sense haha. I checked the ban logs from around that time and nothing there seems to be bad enough for someone to be banned after this long, plus apparently you were already unbanned a while ago by another moderator but it was never logged. Either way, you're free to join the server. Accepted
