The image being shown is of the rotor of the 1963 Hartnell - Troughton era console used from 1963 - 1970, up until Jon Pertwee came in as 3rd.
Either that or it's bloody Hell Bent, which is so utterly doubtful.
How I know: The little yellow light sticks with grey tips in the rotor's inside that spins as it goes up and down (or even in idle) are very apparent, plus Ford teased the resting chamber doors where the food chamber (also teased) would go.
