1. No Griefing or stealing
2. No racism/sexism or other forms of discrimination
3. No asking to become staff/ begging for items
   
4. Do not impersonate staff members/ SWD members
5. No flame wars
6. No do abuse rank powers
7. Respect other players I.e. no creepy actions etc.
8. Do not spam the chat
9. No TARDIS parking at spawn or in walkways.
10. Follow up:Tardises parked at spawn will be impounded at /warp tardisimpound or moved to /warp tardispark
11. No TARDIS bridging without permissions
12. Do not spawn or warp kill
13. No selling or trading from creative
14. For those with permissions, no peaceful mode
15. No swearing
16. No roleplaying as a Doctor or Blocktor.
17. No spamming SWDJ/img loader blocks
18. No spawning mobs unless permitted by staff
19. No talking about DWCM
20. Non-WE users may not use compasses
21. No automatic redstone contraptions: they cause lag.
22. Don’t use World Edit to copy what isn’t yours.
23. No extremely long titles, keep them to one line.
24. Don’t blame others if you are banned. E.g. Your relative/household pet.
25. Any mods that allow you to bypass normal server restrictions are NOT allowed

and as to #24 that will be my grandson 

 Some of these are outdated. Non-WE users are people that don't have ranks that have access to the World Edit mod. Compasses used to be an item that lets you teleport to where you were facing as it was a feature of World Edit but the item has been changed since.

dwcm? what is that so that i can know what it is and avoid bringing it up in a conversation also could you list the penalties for violating each one of these set guidelines
