Hi ! 

                  I was thinking by a bit , and thought why not put a way to the person make his own Theme to his profile ? 
It would be very cool ( and useless for who can't buy Themes in the store , and for who can't buy things from the exterior / other country ) 
I really hope that it get's added soon... 

How It Will Work ?

you put an ( PNG ) Image of :  e.g : 1376x680 and then ( Insert As Profile Theme ) it will appear as your profile background , you can also put a gif . 

What stops someone from making a ( Genitals )  Profile Theme ? - by Acedjac / ~Disarm ( in Skype )

Every  admin or moderator  can delete the profile theme  and then make that account not being able to make Profile Themes anymore . 

Example of Profiles that already have it  : SubDivide ( but he have it because "   " )

Maybe it can require some payment and have the theme sent to SWD for review. Through Hire SWD. A bit like custom Titles on DMU
