Description: The empty Dalek suit Clara and The First Doctor used.
Lore/Brief Background (Or "As seen in" if not from Doctor Who canon): The Magicians Apprentice/The Witches Familliar & The Space Museum Episode 2
How do you suggest we implement it: As an 'vehicle' player can get in and move around in.
How does the player obtain it: Possibly by crafting it or by killing a Dalek and getting inside it.
Why should this be implemented: It would be fun to basically be a Dalek,flying around,shooting mobs,etc.

Davros' chair could also be added as a vehicle for players to ride around in. It would just be a vehicle though.

A keybindable GUI that has the following tabs/options:
Upgrade: Self explanetory,let's you upgrade your Dalek suit,maybe would require XP and resources.
Customization: Again,self explanetory, Let's you change the colour of different pieces of your Dalek. Possibly have the option to change your Dalek exterminator into a flamethrow or other tools daleks have been seen using,if the required upgrades are unlocked and bought
Settings: Again,self explanetory....... Allows you to control certain things like keybinds for unlocked upgrades,reset all XP,level and upgrades to 0,options to allow other users to get into and use your suit,etc

You can upgrade the ball-things, the collar, and the speed your suit goes, and add traits, such as flying, etc.
You can customize the color (colour) of the balls, shell, collar, etc. You can also edit the lights, change out the blaster you use and plunger/claw, change the base dalek you are (Special Weapons, Normal Dalek, etc.)
Some extra commands (my ideas):
/dalekxp : Gives speciefied user the specified amount of XP to upgrade their Dalek suit with.
/daleklevel : Sets specified users Dalek suit level to the specified amount,unlocking more upgrades ti buy
/dalekunlockall : Sets specified users Dalek suit to the maximum level and unlock + buys all upgrades.
Achievements (my ideas):
Dalek!: Obtain a Dalek suit
Supreme Dalek:! Get all upgrades for you Dalek suit
Emperor Dalek!: Get all upgrades for you Dalek suit and reach the maximum level.
This is not war,this is pest control!: Kill a100 Cybermen whilst inside the Dalek suit
Maximum Extermination!: Kill 1000 mobs inside the Dalek suit.
I suggested Dalek Travel machines once. I like your version a bit better in parts though.
I never thought about upgrades, and yours is also a bit more organized.
As for Davros's travel chair, I have a thread on if you'd like to collaborate on anything.
I'd be happy to merge mine and your ideas. Yours has ideas even I hadn't thought of. Maybe Davros' chair can override and disable any dalek suits nearby or it could have a safety feature to prevent the player attacking Daleks and Davros.
