Man Dan you need to take a chill pill. You haven't even built anything on "your" plot yet.  

Start building and stop complaining. You were the one who said you don't like building vertically... If his build gets in the way of yours I will move it but I am not going to make magma's ship move because you don't like it over an empty plot of land...
