Singleplayer Time Travel

I've been thinking about new things to add to this amazing mod, and I've came up with one. What if you could go inside the TARDIS, set the time on the monitor and land the TARDIS in a new timezone. I have always tried to find a mod that does this but there aren't any, that I can see anyway. When I found out how good developers this mod had were, I needed to have this in the mod.
