I have changed usernames to LennyXL instead of TechnicianGuy but the server has not updated and I am still Default. Please Help!

Hi there, if you donated/ changed your username recently, it might not take effect immediately as it takes time for SWD to process and update your permissions. At the moment the ranks are being updated manually by SWD Team members unless it changes in the future.
