That doesn't really look like the 8th Doctor TARDIS, as it would be much larger and doesn't have any roundels (shocking, I know), but it is a pretty neat looking console. I like the use of the console model just for the time rotor, very original.

I wouldn't call it the 8th doctor's tardis. More of a custom one. Its still looks great never the less.

I'd recommend looking at pictures of the interior. As others have said, it bares little resemblance to the actual interior

 To be honest with you, no. Just no. Many clashes, total mess, no colour scheme, boring floor, too flat roof, messy console.

Over all, I suggest you make it calmer and more detailed.

Using random roundels in a pattern isn't exactly the best thing you could've done. The colors clash and everything just looks noisy.

I suggest sticking with a certain design and going with that.
