I'll write this question so short as possible, to not shame me too much for my english! :D 
Soo, my question is, could i use the Dalek Mod in Minecraft Version 1.10.2? because i've got many other Mods wich are only aviable in 1.10.2...

You can't use the mod in 1.10.2, because  it is coded on 1.8. Atm some developers (John and Sub) are busy coding the mod to 1.12/1.12.1/1.12.2. (U47)

Dalek mod lite, which is just mobs, is available in 1.10.2 though :)
