Can I please get a refund for what I have bought since I can not use it anymore?

 Hello I am requesting a refund for what I have bought since I can not use it anymore it has been $17 USA dollars. I cant use it anymore because I cant access the server and I got perm banned and IP banned if you could please refund me I will be thanked. If not I might have to do additional ways to get refunded.

Why were you banned?

Also you agreed to our terms of service which states that refunds will not be given out if a user has been banned or if the purchase is over 14 days old.

Payment / Refunds

All payments through this website are processed through PayPal. Upon purchasing a product on our website it will remain the property of SWDTeam until the full payment from the client is processed and is complete. 

If you require a refund for any products bought through our website you must contact our support email support@swdteam.com including details of the product and why you are requesting a refund. This also includes all donations / payments made to SWDTeam outside of the SWDTeam.com website. However we will only refund a user if the payment has been made within 14 days of the refund being requested. Refunds will only be given if you reasoning behind the request is valid. Therefore, refund requests because the user got "bored", "changed their mind", "was jailed (on the servers)" and "was banned" will be declined.

As I've already said. If you don't get unbanned you still can't have a refund. You agreed to our terms. If you did not agree with the terms written out you should have not agreed to them. Your purchases are from 2016 which I am sure is more than 14 days...

You did. You cannot use the site without agreeing to them. When making an account you have to agree to the terms to continue. We also have logged in our database that you have agreed to them.

You had to in order to sign up.

The terms are here and you agreed to them upon creating your SWD profile.

John has already denied your request for a refund and so you shall not be receiving one.

Bothering him for one will just lead you into a site ban.
