A bit more information is needed. Is it a certain variety of Daleks for example? (ie: the Special Weapons Dalek is notorious for harming itself).

Another bug:

90% of the TARDISes don't have interiors
(Any TARDIS but the basic ones)

This bug is known. A bug that big wouldn't go unnoticed. This is due to the fact that the way interiors spawn was rewritten and most of them haven't been moved to that new system.
