 think i go for vip. beta you only get a new server before everyone else. vip get way more

 Not exactly true, beta get some extra permissions on the DMU servers and they get to try out some of the latest Dalek Mod updates before non-beta users.

Well I am Beta and i never got those perms so when i bought my [Suprem-Nerd] custom rank I added those perms

so i should get beta, and it comes with tardis flight pannel

If you want to use the flight panel then I suggest you get beta.

do you have to have ranks for single player in order to use flight controls? curious.

I don't think you need beta in singleplayer to use the flight panel. But atm in U47 the flight panel is broken.
