Regeneration is being removed

We have decided to remove regeneration from Update 48 of the Dalek Mod due to a last minute licence introduction by the people who initially provided us with the base code for it. If we had kept the code in the mod then we would have needed to made the mod open source, something which we have always been very against, mainly due to previous situations where people have stolen code from us.

Why did you add it in the first place?

The code was provided to us on the basis that we could use it song long as we credited the people who made the base code (To the best of our understanding). The licence didn't exist at this point so we went ahead adding it. This new licence was then introduced a few days ago which outlined the terms in which the code could be used. Thus requiring us to remove it. Even after having been given permission twice in the past to use it as we like.

Will it be coming back?

Due to this setback we now have to rewrite it, something which will take a while, so don't expect to see it in Update 48. It's probably going to have to be pushed back to Update 49 now.

Does this mean Update 48 is going to be delayed?

Yes, yes it does. We now have to spend time removing the code and the systems it was already linked up with. As well as this we need to find new uses for items which were primarily to be used for regeneration. We were initially planning on releasing the update to everyone in about a weeks time. However we now don't know exactly when the release will be. We are very very sorry, but there isn't much we can do about it.

Don't worry though, we will be coding our own regeneration. It'll hopefully look a lot better than the one we've just removed.

 That's the spirit  SWD will rise stronger from this. 

It's sad that regeneration will be removed but like zel said SWD will rise stronger and it will be better

Sad to hear, will the plan of it stay the same? eg.the customisable skins, items that went with it etc  

Is there anywere we can download this regeneration mod?

So... it's been 3 months now, hows the new regeneration system going? 
Or are you working on something else in the mod?
