so a while ago my minecraft account changed (as in my minecraft account was hacked so i had to get a new one) i emailed the swd support email i was told to when i tried to change my minecraft account in the swd account settings, that was at the start of last year, so a few months ago i emailed it again yet they still haven't gotten back to me so that means i cant access the DMU creative server or the DMU private server.

I've deleted the current name associated with your account. Try adding your new account again from the account settings page
