 you upload the world file/etc into some website like Google Drive, Dropbox or Mediafire and send the link here with the format, and you see other people's TARDISes in this thread

Do I just model my own handbrake, or do I have to code it to work properly with the model? If so, how do I do this?

 Just model it in Tabula or Techne (Preferably Tabula) and send the model file
