I went into skaro thinking i would see lots of daleks and ships but neither of those spawn / render. I have put difficulty on hard, double checked the mob spawning gamerule, and checked the dalek mod settings to allow dalek spawning with no success. What am i doing wrong? How can I fix this? (Im using the dalek mod version for 1.12.2)

1. I believe Daleks do not spawn on Skaro currently (if this is incorrect, feel free to correct me)

2.  Dalek ships do not spawn on Skaro as they were removed from the mod some time ago.

actually on DMU daleks do spawn on skaro im not 100% sure if thay do on singleplayer tho ive never been to skaro except for a few times on DMU

 if this is true, then whats the point of going to Skaro? Why should we even bother in exploring a dead planet?

I do believe you can find Dalekanium ore there and there are a few types of blocks, other than that, there really isn't.
