You could also add the T-Mat from Seeds of Death .

I'm not abbreviating "Transmat" by the way. This was actually called "T-Mat" in the show.

It was part of a kind of network used on Earth during the late 21st Century, and it worked with a kind of Kind of like a Tardis in that it was box shaped and travelled by first dematerializing and then rematerializing where it is supposed to go. The T-Mat Network was operated from a base on the moon by employees of the Travel Mat company.

What made its travel different from the Tardis is that it didn't time Travel, it was operated from a control center, and (if I remember this right) could only land on certain special receptor pads. 

Anyway, that's the backstory behind it. 

When I first saw it, I always thought it would be cool to have a Tardis Exterior based on the T-Mat

I'd also like to suggest the Sidrat from The War Games, the Master's Doric Column, and a Post Box (which according Tardis Wiki was the Last Shell the Tardis used before becoming stuck as a Police Box)

Also the failed TARDIS shells from "Attack of the Cybermen", like the white flowery dresser and the wardrobe.

i got some ideas one:trophy case tardis and 2:organ tardis from when the doctor tryed to fix the chamelion circut.
