What is the problem?: When summoning a Tardis on a snow covered grass block, the Tardis lands over, rather than on the ground

Reason I believe this Bug happens: I believe this bug occurs because the Tardis is a block, just like a snow layer. Because of this, the Tardis always lands on top of the "block" which is the snow layer, even though the Snow Layer is not a full Block.

Other stuff: Honestly, given what causes this issue, I'm not sure if it can be fixed. But if it's possible and the team's willing to fix it, then ok.

What does this affect: My OCD.

It should break blocks like snow, grass, and maybe flowers. That might be fixable.
