If the Artron Energy amount (shown on the Monitor) is 0, then the dematerialization lever and flight panels will stop working. Summoning the TARDIS will also drain Artron Energy, and you can't summon it if the Artron Energy is too low. Maybe when you input the coords and dimension, it will show how much Artron Energy it will use up, and if you don't have enough, you can't travel to that destination. Leaving the TARDIS alone will restore Artron Energy. You can speed up the process, maybe if you place it inside a rift, which spawn randomly. Maybe make a way to tell if a rift is where you are standing.
