Why you were banned: 3 Bans - 1st - Xray + Griefing, 2nd - Ban Evasion, 3rd - X-ray

What were you doing last on the server: Used X-ray, got caught, and tried to play it off like a fool.

Why you think you should be pardoned early (Please keep this factual. We understand you are sorry that you got banned so please stick with the facts): Okay so in my other appeals, I was not entirely truthful, but here is the full truth. Just a bit over 3 months ago, I got banned a few times from the dalek mod public server, for reasons I will tell you about later. I made multiple appeals, and in my final appeal, I got told to make another appeal in three months, so here it is. I firstly got banned on the server for x-ray which I do realise not, that I should not have used x-ray as it ruins the economy of the server, and is an unfair advantage. Then I got banned for that. After I came back on an alt, clearly not learning my lesson and x-rayed again. Got banned again. Finally I came back on my main and was surprisingly unbanned. Then I got banned again, thought it was unfair, but then was told I should not have been unbanned, so I realise that all my bans have been fair. Also something I forgot to mention is for the first ban I also slightly griefed the town, which I realise is horrible and ruins people's hard work. Now, I do not expect at all to get unbanned, but I am just making this appeal in case you do unban me. Over these 3 months I have thought about my actions and realised what I did was wrong.

I will unban you with one FINAL chance, breaking the rules again will result in another perm ban with no chance to appeal. Make sure to read /rules
