Reporting Issues/Crashes:

Q: How do I report bugs/ glitches/ problems?

 A: If you found any problems please email them to support@swdteam.co.uk or post them in the Bug reports thread so that we can fix them. Please use this format here so the Team can read it easily. 

Do note that the 1.5.2, 1.6.4 and 1.7.2 version of the Dalek Mod is no longer supported therefore SWD Team will not try to fix it unless there are critical errors in that version of the mod (e.g. Breaking the game)

Q: I have a crash report. What do I do? (Summarized by Arcphoenix_1)

A:Before you post a crash report please do the following,

1. Search for the error in the crash report. There should be in the crash report. (see below)
   
2. Check your list of mods and make sure they are all made for the version of Minecraft you are running
3. Research the error in the /SWD Forums/Dalek Mod thread for a similar error. 

Basically use this format here and you will be fine.

Server Questions:

Q: Is there an official Dalek Mod server? If so, how do I access the server?

 A: The official Dalek Mod server is available to both Beta testers/SWD Beta Access users and the general public.

• Everyone in the private server will be in creative.
• Everyone in the public server will be in survival. Exceptions are VIP donators or Admins/Moderators.

• To access the public server, use the Dalek mod title screen and click on the button on the left with the green bars.
• To access the private server, do the above and click on the button on the left with the red Dalek icon.
  

Q: How do i get on the server (Private/Public)?

 A:First you need to download the latest version of the Dalek Mode,either from the Dalek Mod product page (for public server) or the "Beta Products" page ( for the private server). Open Minecraft and you'll see an icon with green bars on the left of the single player button and a Dalek icon. The first one is the public one, the second button takes you to the Private server!

 Q: How do I donate and what do I get in terms of perks?

You can donate certain amounts of money ONCE to SWDTeam and you can receive different ranks and certain rewards, such as Tardis Flight (which is banned to most users) creative mode and teleportation. The higher you pay, the more rewards you can access. "SWDBae" ranks and up get creative mode.  Donate here

Basically, the perks are these:

Under $5": You get a shiny "Donator" Badge! Unfortunately you don't get anything else, but it shows you have done a nice thing for SWD!

$5 or more: You get SOME World Edit commands and access to the Tardis flight panel on the DMU Public server.

$15 or more: You get the VIP rank called "SWDBae" which allows you even more World Edit commands, creative mode and a purple "SWDBae" title in-game!

Note that if you want to buy Beta Access you need to pay seperately or write a seperate email/request to the Team or all the money will go towards the server and you won't get Beta Access.

Q: Is there a RP chat?

A: Yes, although many don't know about this, 1WTC states,

Q: I can't get on the server even if its page says it's online! What do i do?

A: Sometimes the server goes offline even though the page says it's online. Just wait until it updates showing the real status of the server

I 100% support fixing the spelling in this threads name :P Also, you state that everyone is in survival on public, that is not always true. 

 So...where is this spelling mistake? :P

And edited the survival bit, I listed some exceptions.

You need to update the rank info, donators don't get any world edit commands but they get /nick

 Ah, ok thanks for the clarification. This thread has some outdated information from late December in 2015, it's about time it's updated. :)

You are referring to 'donators' as ones who donate under $15, right?

Yes under 15. You might also want to add that you can it by trading john items on steam
