The public server is too small, I rarely even have an opportunity to get on because it's always full

Don't stress there's a lot of people not able to get into the server 

It's not "too small".
The player limit is set in place because a high volume of players causes a lot of lag. Even being set at what it is now, having a full server makes it quite laggy. It's unfortunate but that's just how it has to be.

Rooberoski im as a Dev myself know the more Clients ( players ) connect the more Lag it does cause of the limited resources.
