So I guess this doesn't bother me to much but just wanted to know why, so I didn't know that the chameleon circuits in the store had changed so you could not use them for crafting, I was wondering if there was anyway to convert them, if not then that's okay I just wanted to know why it was changed?? 

They were changed to not be used in crafting because selling ones that could make TARDISes violates the Minecraft EULA as that would be a pay to win mechanic. Now they are cosmetic only.
