It has come to my attention that staff seem to notice questions and messages posted by people with colourful names and such in chat. This causes a problem because if someone does not have said rank, their potentially important question will not be seen by staff and not answered. This problem could be solved by asking staff members to pay more attention to the chat for questions like this.

It has come to my attention that staff are not noticing potentially important questions and messages made by people without colourful  and fancy names in chat. This causes a problem because if someone without a rank was trying to ask staff if they could keep their TARDIS from before a reset and have it be available after said reset, for example, then the staff would not notice the question, the player would not know what to do and their progress would be deleted. A solution to this problem would be to tell the staff to pay more attention in chat.

If your talking about the reset just gone no one was allowed to keep their tardis from the past world we all had to start a new as for favourite no staff do not and never had favourites they try to see to everyone's problem if they don't just say it again do not be rude as staff might have to deal with a ban log or deal with other important things like training new staff I for one enjoy the staff I value them if they are busy I'll wait or I'll ask another member also you can start with the name press tab and they will be pinged in game that you want them

Staff doesn't have favuoritism,it's just easier to read those who have a coloured name,it's normal that colours attract more the eye between all the gray.
If you have a problem,or have to ask to staff,just ping whoever is online,if nobody replied to you for a couple of times. In case nobody is online try asking on the Discord,we're more active there as we can't always stay on DMU,but discord is easier to check.

 Thanks, I didn't mean that sort of favouritism, it's just that I would ask a question 3 or 4 times and no one would say anything about it. I will try the discord.

Another reason its getting ignored is probably because if there are 50 people online the chat gets spammed and then you don't have time to see what someone said.
