I ordered the Custom rank and I just want to make sure everything like details went through okay.

It takes up to 24h to make the custom rank. 1WTC also got a live outside the community so it can take longer then 24h to make the rank.

You haven't actually bought the custom rank. I can see the details you submitted, but the order was not paid for.

On my side it still says pending, is this something I need to contact PayPal for or is it just being slow? And I didn’t mean to make it sound like I was rushing anything, I just wanted to make sure I didn’t leave anything blank.

If it says pending then it means the payment was not completed. If you can't see a transaction for it on PayPal then a payment was never made.
The orders are showing as Cancelled on our end now.

If you do have a transaction for it on PayPal PM me the details on Discord and I'll take a look for you

If you can't see a transaction for it on your PayPal account then yes, as no money would have been taken for the previous canceled transactions
