ShaneH7646 - UnBan Request

Minecraft Username: ShaneH7646

Location(which server): Public Server near rainbowwoods 1 /warp rainbowwoods

Description of the problem: I removed someones house and before I could build them a new better one I was banned, completely reasonable ban reason

What you were doing prior to the ban: Removing somones house so that I could rebuild it out of the way of my wall

Why should you be unbanned: I was removing there house  so that I could build the a new better looking one within the walls

ScreenShots:

This is the house half removed

As you can see it was right next to the castle gate and right inbetween the planned wall area

This is the house I was replacing it with

I think this is a reasonable replacement and I think he would be pleased with his new accommodation

Again, I feel the ban reason was completely reasonable but I think my reasoning is also reasonable

Thanks for reading

Did you ask the player if you could remove and replace it first?

Well I agree, the ban and your reasoning for un-ban are reasonable but of course it's not my choice if you are unbanned.

The reason I banned you was either way if it was or was not "in your way" it isn't your creation to destroy.
If you asked a moderator you would have gotten the same answer that I gave you or my other solution which was I would move the house 3 blocks forward to avoid your wall.

Your "substitution" is not an acceptable answer for why you grief'd as it isn't the same. Players build houses and live in them with the assumption that they wont get grief'd and replaced with a "better" option.

Claiming so much land right next to spawn as yours should not and I don't believe is allowed unless you already have something there or at least something indicating that it is yours.

Furthermore if you claim that the ban was reasonable why be so utterly rude when I had to ban you. You broke server rules and griefd an entire players house with out their permission. This isn't your first rude outburst either and I have warned you on that matter as well.  ( I have attached one of the other warnings on this matter in the Imgur link as well.

If another moderator / admin wishes to unban you or sees that my ban wasn't correct that is fine but I would like to know why they make that decision.

Check the Imgur link to see the chat log, past rudeness and the destruction of the house: http://imgur.com/a/D6LNM

If i came across as rude when you banned me i am sorry, I wasn't trying to be. I fully understand why and agree with your decision

as for the other screenshot, the guy entered my castle while i was crafting and minding my own buisness and murdered me for no reason

in bird and pig culture, this is considered a dick move

If I were to rebuild his current house, throw in  a couple diamonds for compensation and then ask him for permision. would that be reasonable to be unbanned in your opinion?

also

Claiming so much land right next to spawn as yours should not and I don't believe is allowed unless you already have something there or at least something indicating that it is yours.

I think a giant wall, a warp and me naming it and making it into a town would indicate that. most active players on the server know about rainbow woods and that its 'my' area

Oh ya the castle.. where you were killing everyone at the respawn point because you thought the whole area was yours, I remember that.

I wasnt killing them because of that I a killing them because they had previously killed me for no reason whatsoever

I wasnt killing them because of that I a killing them because they had previously killed me for no reason whatsoever

I was one of those people, and that is what you had said to me. but anyway, I have repaired the castle from all the grief idk what thew center looked like so its just flat for now.
