Interestingly. I had been working on a thread about weapons for all the eras that anyone could use. I have some time Lord stuff in it such as staser pistols, staser rifles, Gallifreyan battle rifles, and Rassilons Gauntlet.
i have noticed that you haven't described what the staser will do
if you are at all interested in what I think it should do. I can tell you.
otherwise, love this idea. I also think you shouldn't be able to get to gallifrey by conventional means- I'm just not so sure on how that would be so.

I remember awhile back I listened to Doom Coalition part one (Got it free with Doctor Who Magazine issue 500) and in it, the main bad guy is in a prison on Gallifrey, so I think it would be cool if there was a prison on Gallifrey. I also thought about Shada, but I don't have enough info on it to make a good suggestion. 
Do you have any information on the prison itself? (I'll be sure to include it once I redo this thread)

Well from what I can remember, Shada was a space-station where the Timelords kept all their most dangerous prisioners. However, one prisoner, Salyavin, uses his psychic powers to erase the Timelord minds of it. Some of the examples of immates where Daleks, Cybermen and Zygons. That is all I know about it.

Rassilon. Speaking of Rassilon, why is he just a shouty man now. What happened to the person who could kill with a thought while dead?
Show writers who think they can take a character name and write them any way they want to. They did the same with the Master by writing him as insane. It's one of the reasons I don't really like the new series (sorry if this is getting off topic).
I don't really mind the John Simm Master. I can see what RTD was trying to do (make a villain that was a foil to Ten), but hes not my favourite Master (nor John Simm's, because he hated playing him). The biggest sin RTD commit was killing Derek Jacobi's Master before he could go off and have other adventures. I would have loved to see him against War (sadly no longer possible), 9 and even some of the Classic Doctor's (Image having the Fourth vs Jacobi's Master).
