Adding the shadow proclamation

add a block that allows you to get in your Tardis that isn't the exterior itself, something like a cuboard

They could add the extrapolater from the episode boom town, this would then be used to get shields,  like how the TARDIS actually got it's shields. you would still have the shields control panel that allows you to turn them on/off but you can't use them unless you have an extrapolater. 

add the u.n.i.t valiant

add a block that makes buildings tardis proof, as seen as on the episode with the 3 doctors in the black archives

Well.. you could just change the shields panel TO the extrapolater
