I see you are new here... try not to create a new thread just for this issue, it's  best to have a look around before posting, that way there's  less duplicate threads. You could maybe post on another user's post as the Team will generally respond quicker to a single reference post rather than sift through many threads.

Also, ranks don't update automatically, so you'll need to ask an admin or Moderator on the server, it only works when you and the staff member is online.

If you want to have your rank updated please refrain from awful spelling and grammar, like 'donnalers' or spamming  them as if you are harassing them. I could be nit-picky here but I just want to let you know about what you can do. :)
