This is mainly posed to admins - but is villager breeding banned on DMU?

Whilst there is nothing in the rules saying you can't, my friend TheBurger784 had all of his removed from his Tardis earlier today. This has been rather frustrating as it took him a good many weeks to set it up without using complex Redstone as to reduce server lag and it has also screwed with his shop that he runs in the AMG Faction.

At the very least, if villager breeding is not allowed, can the DMU rules please be updated as to avoid anyone else having this problem.
